Love Your Darkness is a mental health awareness brand. The goal is to break the stigma that asking for help for your mental health is a weakness.
Learning how to cope with any kind of mental illness and having the right tools and support is one of the major things that can prevent suicide.
Love Your Darkness refers to learning to love who you are including your mental health and all the trials that comes with it.
Once you break it down and find what works for you, then this life will be more than just "surviving" day to day.
LYD; shares resources, experiences, stories, holistic remedies, and makes sure you know you are NEVER ALONE in this journey. We all have darkness, we all have demons. Some are just easier to hide away then others.
